And I thought I’d share them with you.
In this issue, I’ll show you 5 great Notion integrations that can make both internal & external collaboration better.

Integration 1: Canva

You can access Canva on both web and mobile devices and it offers a vast library of images, fonts, templates, and illustrations.
How it works with Notion
To share and display your designs in an organized way.
Pricing:
Canva offers a free plan with basic features. For more advanced features, users can opt for premium plans.
Use Cases:
- Team Collaboration: If your team uses Canva, you can share images, infographics, and other visual content for the internal team to review directly within Notion.
- Sharing Proposals: When multi-page Canva designs are embedded into Notion, they can be displayed as a slider. This feature helps share designs and makes working together, both inside and outside the team, easier.
- Portfolio Presentation: With the slider feature, you can present your portfolio or a collection of designs in a visually appealing and interactive way.
How to Embed
Integration 2: Pinterest
Pinterest is a highly visual social media platform.
It lets users to discover, save, and share ideas and inspirations.
It is a popular tool used by designers and creatives for brainstorming and mood boarding.
How it works with Notion:
Notion allows you to embed Pinterest boards directly within its pages.
Pricing
Pinterest is free to use. But paid options are also available for businesses.
Use Cases:
- Idea Sharing: Embed Pinterest boards in Notion to directly show your design inspirations to your team. This helps everyone easily access visual ideas.
- Mood Board Making: Use Pinterest boards in Notion to create mood boards. This sets the project’s mood and gives a visual guide to all team members.

How to Embed
- Go to the Pinterest board you want to embed.
- Click on “⋯” beside the board title → Share → Copy the URL
- In Notion, paste the URL and click “Create embed”.
Integration 3: Zoom
Zoom is a popular platform for video conferencing, enabling easy remote communication.
It’s commonly used for online meetings, webinars, and group work sessions.
How it works with Notion:
You can embed Zoom meeting or webinar links directly into its pages in a visually appealing way.
Teams can thus streamline their communication processes and improve productivity.

Zoom provides a free plan with limited features, as well as premium plans.
Use Cases:
- Meeting Notes: Embed Zoom links in Notion’s meeting notes. This allows team members to join the next meeting directly from the notes.
- Task / Project Management: Include Zoom links in tasks, projects or CRM logs in Notion. This ensures quick access to these links for task-related discussions.
- Notion Websites: Embed Zoom webinar links in your Notion website. This gives visitors direct access to webinars or online events.
How to Embed
Simply paste the Zoom link in Notion.
You can choose to “Paste as preview” or “Paste as mention” – they will be displayed differently.
P.s. If you’re using Zoom with Notion for the first time, you’ll need to authorize the integration.
Follow the prompts to complete the authorization process.
Once done, you’ll be able to see a preview of your Zoom meeting in Notion.
Integration 4: Calendly
Calendly is a simple tool that helps arrange meetings without the hassle of back-and-forth coordination.
It lets people manage their schedule and allows others to book a time slot that suits them.
How it works with Notion
You can embed your Calendly directly into Notion pages.
This means that anyone viewing the page can see your available times and schedule a meeting without leaving Notion.
It streamlines the scheduling process by making it a part of your digital workspace.

Calendly offers a free basic plan with limited event types.
For more advanced needs, they offer two paid plans.
Use Cases:
- Client Onboarding: If you use Notion to onboard clients, you can put a Calendly link on the client’s onboarding page. This makes it easy for them to schedule their first meeting or follow-up meetings.
- Notion Website: If you have a website or landing page on Notion, you can put your Calendly link there to make it easy for visitors to set up meetings. This is great for professionals like consultants, coaches, or freelancers.
- Team Meetings: For team coordination, you can put a Calendly link for the whole team in Notion. This helps in scheduling team meetings or one-on-ones based on everyone’s availability.
How to Embed
Get the shareable link from your Calendly account.
In Notion, paste the link and choose “Create embed”
Integration 5: Miro
Miro is an online whiteboard tool that helps teams work together.
It offers features like user story mapping, road mapping, and agile planning.

You can embed your Miro boards directly into your Notion pages.
With Miro boards in Notion, teams can utilize visual project management techniques to better coordinate tasks and timelines.

For more comprehensive functionalities, they provide several paid plans.
Use Cases:
- Project Planning: You can use Miro to plan projects: show timelines, tasks, and dependencies. When you put these plans into Notion, everyone can see how the project is going.
- Brainstorming Sessions: Miro has an interactive whiteboard that you can use for brainstorming. If you put a Miro board in Notion, everyone can share ideas, vote, and comment at the same time.
- Design Collaboration: If you’re working on a design, you can use Miro to draw prototypes, make wireframes, and get feedback. You can put these boards into Notion to make it easy for everyone to work on the design.
How to Embed
- In your Miro board, click on “Share” on the top right button.
- Change the board access to “Anyone can view”.
- Copy board link.
- Paste the link in Notion and select “Embed Miro board”.
