And I thought I’d share them with you.

In this issue, I’ll show you 5 great Notion integrations that can make both internal & external collaboration better.

Canva offers a free plan with basic features. For more advanced features, users can opt for premium plans.

Use Cases:

  • Team Collaboration: If your team uses Canva, you can share images, infographics, and other visual content for the internal team to review directly within Notion.
  • Sharing Proposals: When multi-page Canva designs are embedded into Notion, they can be displayed as a slider. This feature helps share designs and makes working together, both inside and outside the team, easier.

Notion allows you to embed Pinterest boards directly within its pages.

How to Embed

  1. Go to the Pinterest board you want to embed.
  2. Click on “⋯” beside the board title → Share → Copy the URL
  3. In Notion, paste the URL and click “Create embed”.

Integration 3: Zoom

It’s commonly used for online meetings, webinars, and group work sessions.

How it works with Notion:

You can embed Zoom meeting or webinar links directly into its pages in a visually appealing way.

Teams can thus streamline their communication processes and improve productivity.

Zoom provides a free plan with limited features, as well as premium plans.

Use Cases:

  • Meeting Notes: Embed Zoom links in Notion’s meeting notes. This allows team members to join the next meeting directly from the notes.
  • Task / Project Management: Include Zoom links in tasks, projects or CRM logs in Notion. This ensures quick access to these links for task-related discussions.
  • Notion Websites: Embed Zoom webinar links in your Notion website. This gives visitors direct access to webinars or online events.

How to Embed

Simply paste the Zoom link in Notion.

You can choose to “Paste as preview” or “Paste as mention” – they will be displayed differently.

P.s. If you’re using Zoom with Notion for the first time, you’ll need to authorize the integration.

Follow the prompts to complete the authorization process.

Once done, you’ll be able to see a preview of your Zoom meeting in Notion.


Integration 4: Calendly

Calendly is a simple tool that helps arrange meetings without the hassle of back-and-forth coordination.

It lets people manage their schedule and allows others to book a time slot that suits them.

You can embed your Calendly directly into Notion pages.

Get the shareable link from your Calendly account.

In Notion, paste the link and choose “Create embed”

How to Embed

  1. In your Miro board, click on “Share” on the top right button.
  2. Change the board access to “Anyone can view”.
  3. Copy board link.
  4. Paste the link in Notion and select “Embed Miro board”.
